International Sales Manager (CCTV Camera Products/Vision Technology)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our vision technology product range, ensuring its success in the market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically in the surveillance security camera industry. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technical aspects of surveillance security camera products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the security camera product range aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the surveillance security industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements, features, and specifications.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.Define and prioritize product roadmap and feature backlog based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product development meets technical requirements and timelines.Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Provide product training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively promote and sell the security camera product range.Ensure the competitiveness of the product by conducting cost analysis and preparing cost down plan.Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.Maintain regular follow-ups with both customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment aligned with specified requirements.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to security camera products.Prepare documentation such as PMB and other internal communication materials to ensure stakeholders are kept up-to-date.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the security camera industry.Strong understanding of security camera products, technologies, and market dynamics.Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a competitive market.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of agile product development methodologies is a plus.-
