Responsibilities: Hands-on day-to-day management of campaigns for existing clients. This includes day to day monitoring of campaign performance, trend and data analysis to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction.Proactively oversee the assigned portfolio of clients and identify growth and up-sell opportunities. Provide strategic advice to clients and conduct business reviews with clients.Develop and maintain client relationships. Successfully manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign, and respond to customer request/inquiries inline with company standards and processes.Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfillment.Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Nativex’s service. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience of success in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management.Understanding of ad tech and mobile advertising markets in SEA.Experience in managing mobile advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in E-commerce, fintech, gaming & edu-tech verticals.Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required.Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.High level of motivation and willingness to learn.Ability to perform under stress, thrive in a fast paced and start-up environment.Ability to speak English and Mandarin fluently, knowledge of other SEA languages is good to have.
