Job Description
Responsibilities
Serves as a primary point of contact for all client account matters. Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Holds ownership of bigger sized portfolio revenue and account matrix. Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement with technology decision makers. Ability to identify areas of new opportunities, present, negotiate and close to meet sales quotas. Collaborating with cross-functional internal departments to ensure that clients requirements are understood and met. Ensure timely and successful presentation of client-focused solutions based on clients’ requirements and objectives. Track and analyze usage data for account reviews. Assist with challenging client request or issue escalation as needed.

Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with preference for technology related discipline and minimum 3 years’ sales experience in solutions selling Experience managing and leading a small team of individual sales contributor In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environment will be preferred Excellent analytical and planning skills Excellent interpersonal and communications skill Results-oriented with strong customer focus-
