The product marketing manager plays a key role in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive the adoption and usage of our one-stop cash flow management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or financial services marketing, with a proven track record of launching and growing innovative products.

What you will do:

  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our products, including market research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
    • Navigate data sets, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on product features, benefits, and customer support strategies.
  • Product Launches
    • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and features, ensuring they meet market needs and are communicated effectively to target audiences.
  • Campaign Management 
    • Develop compelling content themes to educate customers on the product value proposition. Work closely with our content team to communicate across various channels (website, social media, email campaigns) Develop and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns that drive product adoption, usage and retention.
    • Lifecycle comms to engage potential and existing customers, and improve key growth metrics such as activation, retention and cross-sell.
  • Customer Insights
    • Gather and analyse customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Use data to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and feedback.
  • Market Trends: 
    • Stay abreast of fintech industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Marketing or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a product marketing role.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in user segmentation, market research and data analytics tools. SQL skill is preferred.
  • Great understanding of the fintech landscape, especially payments and the regulatory environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Creative and structured thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
