Customer Operations Assistant/ Executive (12 months contract)

We are looking for a candidate who wants to commence a career in insurance services. This is a 12 months contract role with extension depending on performance. This role will provide high-quality and timely support including analytical, project support etc to the Sedgwick Asia Regional team. The Regional team includes Chief Client Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Customer Operations and office of the CEO.

The successful candidate is a strong collaborative team-player that leverages extensive support and administrative experience, knowledge & tools to provide efficient organisational support for leadership meetings, briefings, marketing events, and reporting.

Main duties and requirements for this role:

The candidate should be skilled at handling numerous competing tasks in a fast-paced environment A proactive and optimistic attitude towards assisting team members in managing client requests including client research, bid management, presentations, meetings, and other business development activities Well refined organizational skills who enjoys multitasking and being part of a team Provide support to the regional team including client engagement activities, reports and project administration Partner with business stakeholders and teams on client and marketing activities, events and resources Provide administrative support to the wider team including report and document preparation, including compilation and formatting, word processing, and excel formatting Coordinate tender responses and document production, in a fast and accurate manner Provide support on Microsoft Office software Assist with other duties and responsibilities assigned as required
