HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Are you a proactive learner, passionate about luxury, and eager to explore the communicationslandscape? If so, we would like to present you with the opportunity to join our Cartier Singapore-based team as a Communications Intern, starting on 1 August .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in Communication best practices in one of the leading Maisons in the luxury industry. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Communication ASEAN team on Media, PR & Events activities – monitoring & consolidation to ensure smooth execution across all functions within ASEAN markets with internal and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Coordinate with local teams and production agencies to manage media (print, digital, social, retail partners, if applicable) and assist in validation and trafficking of adapted content in line with brand guidelines by production/launch deadlines. Responsible for timely archiving of media assets and content delivery. Consolidate monthly media clippings and summary launch plans for internal teams & external partners. Track PR editorial coverage and ensure fact-checking and validation before final publishing. Dispatch Real Time News and Best Coverage reports to HQ in a timely manner, coordinating with external local teams. Execute logistics processes for gifting or shipping and transport organization by collaborating with external partners. Prepare reports, purchase orders, consolidation of invoices, billing tracking and key documents under ASEAN A&P Communications & Activities. Support planning of local activations, press and client events.

YOUR PROFILE

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with a team spirit mindset Creative, meticulous, proactive, and resourceful Highly motivated and driven with a sense of ownership Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Essential knowledge in Adobe and Microsoft applications, especially for Excel and PowerPoint General understanding of luxury retail and/or past relevant work experience in relation to ASEAN markets is preferred Candidate should have a keen interest in media and digital/social landscapes in ASEAN (Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia & Cambodia).
