Description générale:

Le « Commercial Banking & Financial Institutions Risk Analyst » analyse les crédits et les risques des contreparties clientes ou des prospects Corporate ou banques (situation financière, historique, etc.) et des dispositifs de crédit présentés par les Relationship Managers (analyse des sûretés proposées, des types de lignes crédit etc.). Il contrôle et évalue les opérations susceptibles de générer un risque.

Activités spécifiques :

Rédige un avis après analyse des dossiers destinés aux comités des crédits et soumis par les Relationship Managers ; Prend position et propose des solutions d’améliorations sur chaque demande présentant un risque de contrepartie ; Réalise un suivi et gère les risques liés aux portefeuilles dont il a la charge ; Analyse et évalue les risques actuels et potentiels des clients et du marché en général ; Contrôle et alerte sur le non-respect des limites opérationnelles de crédit ; Propose des actions d’améliorations des contrôles ; Prend en charge l’organisation du comité des crédits et rédige les relevés de décision ainsi que les procès-verbaux (PV) qui reflètent les décisions du comité ; Assure le suivi, la gestion et le contrôle des engagements de la Banque de Financement (BFI) dans le respect des limites et des dispositifs autorisés ; Participe activement aux différents contrôles opérationnels ; Centralise les demandes d’autorisation de limites de crédit relatives aux Institutions Financières, Assure le suivi des limite pays sur l’ensemble des lignes métiers de CAIS (BP, BFI, GMD) et soumet les demandes de limites auprès de la Direction Générale.

Responsabilités de contrôle :

Connaît et respecte les procédures, directives et règlements internes ; Assure l’ensemble des contrôles inhérents à son activité ; Identifie et gère les risques conformément à l’appétit de risque validé par la banque ; Détecte les dysfonctionnements et alerte en respectant le processus normal de remontée des incidents.

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

Master ou équivalent

Niveau d'expérience minimum

3 - 5 ans

Expérience

Connaissance des contraintes règlementaires en vigueur dans le groupe et Indosuez en matière de conformité et des procédures qui s’y rapportent ; Connaissance des outils et procédures permettant de maîtriser les risques liés à son activité pour les clients et pour la banque ; Expérience 3-5 ans comme analyste de crédit.
