End-to-end order processing in SAP pertaining to store's transactions (such as order entry / administration / replenishment / marketings / return handling, etc.)Track and report orders'/shipments' status progress, communicating to stores on expected arrival of shipmentsPerform replenishment shipment to retail store(s), regional warehouse(s) in accordance with inventory replenishment strategyReview and perform order rectification when requiredResponsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against store(s)Manage return merchandise in store(s) to various service center(s)Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders and overseas agents, to solve problems, proposing and executing configurations to the operational processes to meet business objectivesCoordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s riskDevelop and build strong relationship with Retail Store Ops & Store Managers to align processesMaintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the ManagementAbility to manage huge data and high volume of daily workPre-Requisites :
Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industryAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to work outside of regular hours in accordance with business needsProficient in MS Office suiteKnowledge of SAP ECC is preferredStrong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative with excellent email writing and etiquettesDecisive, result-focused and able to work independently as well as in team to handle diverse situationsExcellent organizational and planning skillsAre you game?
