Our Sales Development Team partners with the Field and Inside Sales organization to guide the early stages of the sales cycle and assist with new customer acquisition. We work closely with other teams to follow-up on campaigns and events to increase pipeline and generate demand for new customer revenue opportunities.
Become a trusted advisor to customers
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify enterprise account leads and opportunities. You will focus on analyzing business needs by conducting information-gathering and pre-qualify opportunities through phone, social and email engagement. You will be generating qualified opportunities for regional sales teams.
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
Identifying, prospecting and penetrating sales accounts to achieve pipeline and forecast goals Updating lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to optimize sales and marketing processes Collaborating in a business-to-business sales environment to position our technology solutions to a varied audience Setting qualified introductory meetings for sales representatives and nurturing top-of-funnel pipeline Coaching and mentoring junior folks in the teamDo what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 4-6 years of related industry work experience and a bachelor's degree or demonstrate relevant, equivalent experience Have experience identifying business needs through information-gathering and pre-qualifying opportunities Have experience engaging with customers and prospects via phone, email and social strategies Be comfortable speaking with IT decision makers via various mediums Have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Sales Navigator or similar CRM solutions Enjoy working in a team and have a desire to grow in the organization Be able to lead and drive deliverables of the team's performanceWork in a way that works for you
