Cargo - Executive Cargo Planning and Development

Job Description
The successful candidate will join Cargo Division, Cargo Planning and Development Department. He/She will be responsible for supporting the management of the Integrated Cargo Management System (ICMS) product in the areas of system interfaces, data management, outreach, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with ICMS Team to manage integration projects, and cross-functional dependencies of software interfaces. Liaise with stakeholders to define and elicit product requirements for ICMS-related software interfaces. Oversee the development stages of system integrations and be a key player throughout each event including planning, refinement and review. Collaborate with IT teams and software vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions. Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies that effectively communicate product vision, business requirements, and priorities clearly. Organize and implement outreach events including workshops and presentations. Articulate messages and adapt communication style to suit different audiences and mediums. Demonstrate exceptional administrative and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure. Manages time efficiently and meets deadlines. Develop and implement procedures for effective data management. Support reports and data extraction requests when needed. Keep ICMS Team and key stakeholders up to date with progress.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university 1-2 years’ experience in project management and implementation 1-2 years’ experience in developing and executing outreach programmes 1-2 years’ experience in cargo / logistics industry preferred Comfortable in managing and working with data Analytical & problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people Ability to work both independently and in a team, with people at different levels Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Those without working experience are welcome to applyWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
