Finance and Administration Manager

Job Summary:

Join the dynamic team as a Finance & Admin Manager, where you'll lead and manage finance and accounting operations across global subsidiaries. With a competitive salary and excellent benefits, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to maintain accurate accounting records and robust internal controls.
  • Oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring timely monthly and year-end closings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including group financial statement consolidations.
  • Review and analyze the monthly financial performance of group entities, implementing work process improvements as needed.
  • Prepare annual tax computations, corporate tax reports, and submissions.
  • Review GST reports and submissions.
  • Coordinate the annual statutory audit and submissions of annual returns for group entities.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents.
  • Involve in stock takes and fixed assets counts.
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and tax filings for all employees.
  • Co-manage office premises maintenance, including agreements and leasing.
  • Handle any other HR/Admin tasks assigned by management eg manage full recruitment cycle, process monthly payroll, salary reviews, and bonus payments in alignment with staff performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing a team and at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in group consolidation for subsidiaries or countries is essential.
  • Strong background in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
