Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Support day-to-day HR recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, shortlisting to coordination of interviews Research activities for weekly HR employee engagement Coordinate with vendors and logistics support to run engagement eventsGovernance & Services
Participate in working with Business Units (BUs) to align HR policies, and practices Ensure proper process workflows and support daily workforce operations matters and employee enquiries in the regional office Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates Work in partnership with the different Tribe leads and Team Provide support in HR projects, initiatives, system transformation, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplanTalent Analytics
Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data Generate actionable insights through data analysis Identify area of improvement in HR process & operations through analyticsQualifications:
Preferably candidates pursuing courses in Human Resource Management or related courses Preferably able to commit from 17 June 2024 to 31 December 2024 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Meticulous Ability to work independently Strong time management and organization skills Strong problem-solving skills
