About the role

Reporting to the Head of Vertical - FMCG, the Regional Key Account Support Intern will be part of the FMCG vertical and will be responsible in leading various marketing, communication and projects in the region. This 6-months full-time internship commences July 2024.

What you will be doing

Marketing & Front Office Support

  • Support the development of marketing materials for key sub-industries (e.g. presentation decks, case studies)
  • Conduct market research on certain targeted trades or industry
  • Other ad-hoc support as requested from RAM team

Communications

  • Internal Comms:
    • Engage with various stakeholders to develop compelling stories for FMCG internal publication (on B’Connected/Yammer)
    • Support communications efforts for raising awareness on various topics
    • Review and standardize various TEAMS channels

  • External Comms:
    • Work with FMCG teams to develop articles for the website & social media platforms
    • Assist in developing media contact lists and conducting media monitoring

Project Management

  • Lead various internal projects related to business development monitoring, setting up implementation tools
  • Other ad-hoc projects requested by RAM team

Requirements

The successful candidate

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • Analytical, with ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
  • Strong marketing, project management and organizational skills
  • Takes Initiatives and able to work independently
  • Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
