The opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced individuals to join our team to ensure our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. 


Responsibilities

Develop and manage dashboards to track sales performance and provide analytical insights and preparing department reports for management reporting. Conduct regular deep-dive analysis and consolidate branch performance reviews on manpower, production and compliance (including annual review) Conduct research, identify areas of inefficiencies, able to map out areas for improvement and identify opportunities for automation. Manage the user access rights for system and necessary administration work where needed. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to ensure a deep understanding of the needs and aligning solutions accordingly. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key company initiatives such as digital tools adoption, leads allocation and dissemination, and ultimately conversion to sales. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative processes and implement efficient solutions to enhance departmental productivity. Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What we are looking for

4 years and above of relevant working experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an agency or similar environment. Knowledge of insurance and industry regulations Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.  Knowledge of Business Intelligence tool would be an added advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
