Responsibilities
Build and manage stakeholders / client relationships to achieve customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the clients’ base for both Agape Services and Agape Laundry. Formulate strategies and plans to achieve business goals for both Agape Services and Agape Laundry. Direct the development and review of strategic plans to build and improve relationships with stakeholders / clients. Engage key stakeholders and customers to understand the general strategy regarding operational requirements, budget constraints and future operational needs. Execute plans to develop and grow business to achieve a portfolio of products and services to provide a sustainable and well-balanced revenue stream. Review/ develop market analysis and strategy to recommend changes and new plans in response to changes in market conditions. Preparation of annual budget and forecast for portfolio assigned. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a diploma in business management or a similar field. They should have at least four years of experience in a business development role or a similar capacity. Industry-related experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred. A proven track record in business-to-business commercial sales is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing and business objectives.-
