The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Business Development Support. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities and providing analytical insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dashboards to track sales performance and provide analytical insights to management.
- Conduct regular deep-dive analysis and consolidate branch performance reviews on manpower, production, and compliance.
- Identify areas of inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance departmental productivity.
- Manage user access rights and perform necessary administration tasks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with teams to drive key company initiatives and implement digital tools adoption.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What We Are Looking For
- 4 years and above of relevant working experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
- Knowledge of insurance and industry regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools would be an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
