Business Development Associate

As a Team Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business development team in various activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in business development activities such as client company profile preparation, marketing introduction materials, client management, networking, and organization.
- Support in drafting meeting notes and creating deal criteria, deal templates, and deal forms.
- Manage and plan all itineraries and scheduling for business trips, meetings, conferences/exhibitions, and networking sessions.
- Manage and coordinate internal communication between Japanese senior management and BD team.
- Support and organize team activities in regards of project communication with Japanese counterparts.
- Prepare and support on team and project budgeting.
- Manage the hiring, choosing, orienting, and training of colleagues.
- Diploma/Bachelor of business administration or any other related field.
- Relevant experience of 3 years as a team assistant/associate.
- Fluent in business level Japanese to communicate with Japan Headquarters.
