About the Role

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company on a mission to provide hassle-free delivery services for businesses of all sizes across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a talented Business Development Senior Associate to join our team and drive growth and expansion in the B2B space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals to showcase the company's products or services.
  • Communicate effectively to articulate the value proposition to potential clients and lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Closing deals and contracts in line with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Relevant industry knowledge in B2B logistics.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent relationship management skills.
  • Adaptable individual, resilient and results-driven.
