Team Introduction

TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading the product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media and ad tech to lead product strategy and go-to-market for for our suite of Core Ads solutions in APAC (web ads, app ads, gaming ads etc). Sitting in the Product Strategy & Operations organisation, this is a player/coach role with time spent on managing a team as well as working on products as an individual contributor. The role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Abilities to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. Ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity. This is a full-time position based in Singapore or Australia. Responsibilities:- Deep collaboration with PM and PMM teams focussed on Performance products (i) Translating the global product vision, strategy and plans to regional and market level in partnership with market PMM teams - Run the APAC Wide PMM Processes for Performance products including quarterly reviews, growth plans, updates - End to end leadership and execution, when needed for Performance Product Strategy related projects- Oversee the development and execution of regional programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps

- 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing- Strong leadership skills, whether with direct team or indirectly with cross-functional teams- Ability to motivate a team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams- Ability to set priorities, problem solve, and multi-task- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment- A commercial and data-driven mindset, with ability to use data in storytelling - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Masters degree or above Preferred qualifications: - Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the Digital Marketing & Media in APACProduct management / Consulting experience- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills- Experience leading a team and as a people manager
