Then come in and join our Singapore team as a Commercial Sales & CS Admin for Ultrasound to perform the major functions listed below, and any other additional duties/responsibilities that may not be posted below but deemed necessary and relevant to fulfil the service obligations of the company to the customer.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Commercial Sales Admin Responsibilities

You will generate customer quotation and obtain approval to sign off. You will process sales orders to the factory. You will manage logistics in SAP including shipment tracking, delivery note creation, and system delivery to customers. You will generate invoice and manage AR. You will support demo logistics by arranging demo machine delivery and collection.

Customer Service (CS) Admin Responsibilities

You draft and prepare sales quotation for main units, accessories, spare parts and CS transactions such as Ad-hoc corrective/preventive maintenance visits. You will be responsible for invoices creation for private customers and Uploading to Gov’t portal for Billing process. You will prepare Service Maintenance Contracts for ALPS and private customers. You will monitor schedules on weekly rosters and completion due dates for Preventive & Corrective maintenance appointments. You will order spare parts and support logistics processes to import/export spare parts. You will maintain and keep stocks of service inventory – updating of location & loan period where applicable. You will manage customer calls via CS Hotline and forward to CSE for remote/onsite support. You will be a team player to provide efficient service delivery to all customer within assigned area of responsibilities.

Your qualifications and experiences:

You hold a successfully completed Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree will be an advantage)  You have at least 2 years of experience in Medical Devices/Sales and Service Support roles You have experience communicating with ALPs (Main Customer Base in SG) You have experience dealing with logistic vendors ie: DHL, FedEx etc You have experience managing duty rosters.

Your personality and skills:

You are proficient in English and Mandarin both written and spoken. You are technologically proficient to manage backend software. Working Location: Singapore
