  • Reporting: Prepare incident and site reports for clients and Senior Management.
  • Supervision: Conduct site checks and ensure adherence to SOPs.

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security risk assessments.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Officer Welfare: Ensure officer well-being and rapport.
  • Adhoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Training & Development:

  • Training: Track, arrange, and ensure necessary training for officers.

Productivity & Innovation:

  • Improvements: Suggest enhancements to security operations.

Recruitment & Retention:

  • Recruitment: Assist in hiring new officers.
  • Retention: Manage officer retention and minimize resignations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Advanced/Higher Diploma or Graduate Diploma.
  • Experience: 5 years in a security-related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office; valid PLRD license; PWM Senior Security Supervisor grade.
  • Attributes: Multi-tasking, site management, and independent work skills.
