About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our local Head of Operations to execute on our operational strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run all aspects of store operations and processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality customer experience.
  • Implement initiatives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize our end-to-end operations, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new baristas to meet Flash Coffee standards.
  • Collaborate with our Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Control (QAQC), and Marketing teams to execute and streamline day-to-day store operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations at a retail or F&B player, with a strong background in operational excellence.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and driven, with a mindset on operational excellence and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask in all aspects of business operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced, demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
