Responsibilities
Handle frontline customer service to DBS Vickers customers and ensure prompt follow up on pending documents/reworks. Handle audit confirmation request and corporate account opening liaison. Handle responses to correspondences from clients on escalated queries/feedback for DBS Vickers. Perform relevant KYC checks on new applications and ongoing remediation on existing clients. Ensure assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timelines with efficiency and accuracy. Providing support to team lead and be go-to person for junior team members.Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service environment. Knowledge and experience in handling investment products will be an advantage. Customer oriented and displays good interpersonal skills with a mature disposition. Ability to align to management decision and execute actions effective and efficiently. Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Word, Excel.Apply Now
