HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Are you a proactive learner, passionate about customer experience and eager to drive growth across the business? If so, we would like to present you with the opportunity to join our Cartier Singapore-based team as a Commercial Operations Intern, starting on 1 August .

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in company policies, protocols, and processes in one of the leading Maisons in the luxury industry. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial Operations team to support commercial activities across our boutiques.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Support smooth running of day-to-day operations of the Commercial Department by liaising with Retail Performance Manager, Cal Strategic Project Manager, and other departments. Participate in daily operations and evaluate protocols/processes across our boutiques while adhering to company regulations, and health and safety codes. Provide regular updates on any changes to project schedules or upcoming projects when required. Participate in meetings and workshops with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff. Prepare documentation and maintain records and key digital programs.

YOUR PROFILE

Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and timely while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Team player with strong collaborative spirit. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
