About the Position
Our HR team provides comprehensive HR support to the Firm and works closely with our leaders and practice groups in delivering on our people strategy to attract and retain the best talent. Given our anticipated growth, our team is looking for its next leader to support the business in the Singapore market.
The HR Manager will lead a HR Coordinator and will partner with the business to support our practice groups across the HR lifecycle. Working closely with the teams and key stakeholders, you will develop trusting and credible relationships by providing effective day to day advice on HR related matters. You will coach and guide leaders through our cyclical processes and lead the salary, talent, promotion, and performance review cycles for the Singapore office. You will also lead on recruitment, manage local compliance, manage employee relations issues and our early talent programs.
As part of the wider APAC HR team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in regional initiatives where you can drive change and have the opportunity to continually improve the HR offering for the Firm. You will have the autonomy to deliver for your team, but have the guidance from the Head of HR, APAC to support you to succeed.
About You
We're looking for a HR practitioner who has had experience in a similar role or someone who is looking to take the next step in their HR career. If you possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trusting, credible and reliable relationships with both your team and the business, then this could be the opportunity for you.
