Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our People Operations, responsible for ensuring our company continues to be a supportive and engaging workplace for our global team. You will work closely with leadership to build and execute people strategies that align with our goals, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent that aligns with our company culture and values.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive, engaging work environment. Utilize Qualee’s employee experience platform to gather insights and drive continuous improvements.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, upskilling initiatives, and career development opportunities to ensure our team members grow professionally.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all regions. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company values and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing coaching and development plans for team members. Implement strategies for continuous feedback and growth.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support for resolving issues and creating an open, communicative workplace.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives, working with leadership to create an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and experiences.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within a tech or remote-first environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with employee engagement strategies and a passion for fostering positive work cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage HR matters sensitively and confidentially.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems; experience using AI-powered platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in DEI initiatives is highly valued.
