Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Explore cooperation resources for international market user growth, expand and maintain channel and agency partnerships, including but not limited to large traffic media (Google Meta, etc.), mobile phone manufacturer channels, brand linkage, online and offline campaigns, and cross-industry cooperation, etc.
2. Coordinate the growth plan of the UG team, continue bidding to introduce more innovative growth partners, align with the needs of partners and participate in the evaluation, and cooperate with finance, legal affairs, compliance and other departments to improve the cooperation plan and promote the implementation of the plan
3. Maintain industry sensitivity, pay attention to the latest trends in the industry, monitor the dynamics of various pan-entertainment products, and cross-border explore the combination point of UG growth and innovation
Requirements:
1. Full-time Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of interfacing with internet company channel business and marketing experience.
2. Clear logical thinking, strong data sensitivity, perceive the reasons behind the data, locate and solve problems
3. Strong learning ability, result-oriented, naturally optimistic and curious, with the ability to quickly focus on key points in multi-threaded work
4. Enthusiastic about user growth, with core channels, agency resources, online and offline marketing campaigns, and brand experience are preferred
