The Role

You will report to the Co-founder and will be leading, and developing a world-class product team. You will work cross functionally to drive the product strategy and lead product teams to design and ship the overall experience. You will be at the forefront of new technologies and innovation, keeping abreast of latest developments in the micromobility space.

What You’ll Do:

Work with Co-Founders to define, and align the product vision and strategy, in order to establish our company as a global leader in our industry. Manage a long range 3-5 year roadmap, evaluate new categories and manage product life cycles from cradle to grave.  Deliver highly differentiated products that customers will touch, interact and love to use on a daily basis. Work with Expansion, Markets, finance and Corporate Affairs to define our product positioning for both existing and new markets.  Translate the product strategy and market positioning into outcome-based product roadmaps for various product teams.  Work with Engineering and Data Science teams to continuously deliver high-quality products to markets. Work with Communications and PR to establish Neuron as the innovation leader and the best partner to cities around the world. Recruit, develop, and retain strong product talent in both Product Management and Product Design. Build an iterative product discovery process, which enables rapid experimentations and learning. Monitor industry trends and oversee competitive intelligence functions. Lead by example and instill the right product culture into the whole organization. 

What You'll Need: 

A demonstrated ability to recruit, build and structure a multidisciplinary organization of product managers, program managers and Industrial designers. Proven record of getting product idea from concept to commercialization. Be able to inspire and motivate the company and get everyone moving in the same direction. An appreciation of software development processes and methodologies and preferably a background in IoT and embedded systems. Keen business acumen and a deep understanding of financial outcomes while making high judgment decisions collaborating with sourcing, manufacturing and deployment teams. Experience in both Software and Hardware development is a plus Experience working with remote teams is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering. An MBA is a plus.
