Executive Assistant

Job Summary
This key role will be the founder's right-hand person, managing calendars, communications, administrative documents, and various business matters to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and basic experience with Notion is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Duties: Manage the founder’s calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments Respond to incoming emails (client enquiries, event invites, etc) Manage administrative documents (invoicing, contracts, etc) Update the company website Provide general administrative support as needed Input drafted content into company templates Maintain confidential files and records with discretion and professionalism
Required Qualifications
Education: Degree in Business or related field
Experience: 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Canva, and other relevant software Basic experience in Notion would be a bonus Flexible, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Environment: Remote Hours: Full-time
