We are working with an Insurance company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Business Development Manager to join their Singapore team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and manage IFA marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with the training team to deliver product and refresher sessions for partners.
- Organize events and promotions for Management, Sales Directors, and advisors.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Life Operations) to ensure case submissions meet SLA timelines.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and IFA industry updates.
- Manage incentive campaigns and ensure they are effectively delivered.
- Address advisor inquiries through Business Development Managers (BDMs) to enhance partnership experiences.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in any discipline.
- CMFAS (Modules 5, 9, 9A, HI) certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFA business and sales/marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset.
