About the Role: APJ CSC Program Manager
The APJ Cloud Sales Center is the inside sales organization of AWS that is focused on new customer activation and growth across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) at scale. As the Program Manager of the APJ Cloud Sales Center team, you will lead and manage key priority projects for the function and support strategy and planning for the function. In this role, you will lead and drive projects for sales and operational excellence. You will identify problems and gaps, collect and analyze data, generate insights, come up with solutions, and implement them. Additionally, you will lead or support the writing of strategy plans and monthly reports for the function, and also data analysis to assess business performance and to substantiate proposals.

The ideal candidate:

- Is highly analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and has strong financial/business acumen
- Has excellent writing skills and is able to write high quality reports/business summaries
- Has good communications skills
- Has strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead and drive initiatives
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to earn trust and influence others
- Has the ability to work with multiple functions to solve complex business problems
- Uses a customer-centric approach to solve problems
- Is creative and able to innovate and simplify processes
- Takes initiative, is curious to learn and comfortable with ambiguity
- Is independent and comfortable with navigating ambiguity
- Is highly organized and can multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-4 years of experience in data/business analysis, finance, sales strategy & operations, strategy consulting, or project/program management
- Analytical and quantitative skills and ability to utilize Excel and/or other software to provide data to support your analysis
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment and work with stakeholders across different functions and geographies to achieve a common goal
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
