  • Handling crew documentation including visas, passports, and medical certificates
  • Maintaining crew records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing crew payroll, compensation, and benefits
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of crew members
  • Liaising with manning agencies and ensuring the availability of qualified crew members
  • Monitoring crew performance and providing feedback and guidance as needed
  • Resolving crew-related issues and conflicts
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of crewing policies and procedures

Requirements

  • ITE/ diploma in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field
  • Those with maritime education /payroll and keen to learn crewing is welcome to apply
  • Familiarity with crewing software and databases
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • No experience is welcome to apply. ( Have maritime education)
