Job Description:

Objective of the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for engaging with clients across the Asia Pacific region to advocate for Airbus Flight Crew Training programs for various aircraft models (A320, A330, A350, and A380) while overseeing sales consolidation and reporting. The aim is to support the comprehensive customer care package and meet the designated annual targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement overall sales strategies to secure business opportunities in flight crew training, aligning with the company’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.
  • Proactively assess and anticipate customer training requirements (both immediate and long-term) and present competitive and profitable sales proposals, commercial offers, or long-term agreements.
  • Conduct effective contract management to ensure timely execution of commercial proposals, contract issuance, purchase order receipt, and invoice generation.
  • Lead and compile the monthly sales report for the Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC).
  • Generate invoices and monitor credit reports on a monthly basis.
  • Update and manage the AATC flight crew sales catalog on an annual basis.
  • Engage in regular reviews with clients and coordinate customer visits on a yearly basis.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and stay informed about competitors' offerings and assets.
  • Promote the comprehensive Customer Care Package (including accommodation and transportation) as a holistic solution for customer logistics needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Business Development, as well as Sales Support, to enhance market awareness and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with the Training Operations department to understand customer needs before, during, and after training sessions, aiming to secure and improve customer satisfaction regarding training deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the regional Airbus Services Sales Team, Customer Support Directors, and Airbus Global Account Managers (GAM) to align sales activities.
  • Support the Marketing & Business Development team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales account management within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the aviation and airline sector is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of contract laws and terms and conditions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering rapport with both clients and internal teams.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client engagements.
