Job Description:

Objective of the Role

The individual in this position will actively engage with clients across the Asia Pacific region to advocate for Airbus Flight Crew Training programs tailored for various Airbus aircraft models (A320, A330, A350, and A380). This role encompasses the consolidation of sales efforts and the preparation of comprehensive reports to support the overall customer service deliverables while achieving the designated annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive sales strategies to secure flight crew training opportunities that align with the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
  • Proactively assess and predict the training requirements of clients, providing competitive and profitable sales proposals, commercial offers, and long-term agreements.
  • Manage contracts effectively to ensure timely issuance of commercial proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Lead and compile the monthly sales report for the Airbus Asia Training Centre (AATC).
  • Generate invoices and monitor credit reports on a monthly basis.
  • Update and maintain the AATC flight crew sales catalog on an annual basis.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients and coordinate annual customer visits.
  • Foster strong customer relationships while remaining aware of competitors' offerings and assets.
  • Promote the comprehensive Customer Care Package, which includes accommodation and transportation solutions for client logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Business Development and Sales Support teams to enhance market awareness and identify business opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with the Training Operations department to understand client needs before, during, and after training sessions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the regional Airbus Services Sales Team, Customer Support Directors, and Airbus Global Account Managers (GAM) to align sales activities.
  • Assist the Marketing & Business Development team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales account management within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the aviation and airline sectors is highly preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of contract laws and associated terms and conditions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client engagements.
