Job Description
Payroll and Final Settlement
Perform payroll functions for the company Manage and liaise with stakeholders for monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions Work closely with all-levels of staff for any payroll and tax clarifications and queries whenever required Work on income tax matters or any statutory deductions Prepare monthly reports Prepare tax filings Conduct exit interviews and prepare reportsHuman Resource Information System
Support end-to-end project cycle activities, such as requirements gathering, prototype, testing, data migration, training, go-live and post-production support Work with users, IT and/or vendors to ensure user requirements are met satisfactorily and project is delivered within timeline and scope Explore, and recommend creative, robust and scalable solutions aim to streamline and simplify processes, and improve productivity with the use of technologies and tools Support the maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS)Policy Review and Reporting
Policy review and updates Prepare reports and data analysisAny other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy/Human Resources 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll Good working knowledge in Employment-related/labour laws and regulations Proficient in MS Office Organized and meticulous, with ability to prioritize tasks
