The People Programme Management team enables future-ready People function at Grab by planning out strategic directions, priorities and allocation of resources. The team is looking for an intern that can help build our people strategy and the associated strategic people programs and projects.
Get to Know the Role
Your role as a People Programme Management Intern will influence the goals of the People team. The team strives to revolutionise People Operations the same way that Grab has revolutionised transportation and food delivery.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will build important assets, implement project plans and change management deliverables.
- You will facilitate sessions to identify problem statements and attain agreement across teams.
- You will brainstorm people practices and research leading industry practices.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility.
- You are organised, analytical, insightful and share observations well, both written and verbally.
- You can navigate through ambiguous and quick turn-around situations.
- You have experience in project management and change management.
- The internship period is from Jan 2025 - Jun 2025, full time.
