We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Services Manager, Client Acquisition and Direct Sales Team.

Principal Responsibilities

Identify, curate and implement changes that would improve the customer onboarding experience Work collaboratively within internal and regional stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness Work closely with the International Banking Centre team in Bangalore and Guangzhou to support client onboarding related issues Maintain a high standard of operational and risk compliance by ensuring that standards and workflow are in continuous adherence to Group Standards and local regulations Achieve a high service standard with efficiency and quality service to both local and global stakeholders Provide administrative and logistic support on International Services whenever required Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with relevant experience in a retail banking environment Good stakeholders management skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
