We are looking for senior sales leader to join our team as Country Manager, Singapore where you will be responsible for driving sales strategy to scale our business in the country, building and leading a team of talented business development representatives and account executives.

What you will be doing:

- Drive and iterate sales go-to-market plan for the responsible country
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and meet/exceed set quarterly and annual targets
- Lead, build, and guide the sales team while being accountable for the team's overall performance
- Collaborate with regional marketing, partnership, solution, and product team to deliver measurable outcomes
- Hands-on for key opportunities including commercial negotiation, and account management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Travel around the region

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of technology related sales or business development experience with at least 3+ years of people management experience.
- In-depth understanding of technology adoption and connections within the country.
- Experience working in an early-stage start-up environment and ability to lead teams through ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of success driving adoption of disruptive technologies within enterprise accounts.
- Direct field experience working with enterprise accounts and strong in solution based selling.
- A technical background in engineering or computer science is a plus.
- BA/BS degree
