IT Application Specialist (SAP SD), Asia Pacific & Japan

The ‘IT Shared Service Center Asia Pacific’ (SSC AP) is responsible for IT services that are consumed by several BIOTRONIK subsidiaries (production and sales sites) located in this area. As part of the local IT team in Singapore, the ‘IT Application Specialist (SAP SD)’ is responsible for all SAP SD related business processes throughout the whole software lifecycle. This includes activities in the project preparation phase, project execution phase and operation as well as support activities. In your role you will report directly to the local Enterprise Application Manager and work closely with the SD team of the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) in the headquarter.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and support the roll-out of SAP to our manufacturing site in Singapore and sales offices within the Asia Pacific region, following our “global SAP template” including requirements gathering, specification activities, customizing and testing activities, user training, cut-over and go-live activities, overall project management activities.
- Provide SAP backup support for our manufacturing/warehouse operations.
- Coordinate and communicate between the BIOTRONIK departments in the Asia Pacific region and the SAP CoE in Berlin (e.g. CRQ process, test and acceptance of changes)
- Responsible for the first level support for our sales and logistics departments in the Asia Pacific region.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with basic knowledge on supply chain management and manufacturing process is preferred
- Studies of business administration with concentration in sales and distribution or in information systems, alternatively an equivalent qualification
- SAP SD / Project management certification will be an added advantage.
- More than 5 years of SAP SD project implementation and SAP customizing experience
- Strong knowledge in the SD and MM modules
- Strong intercultural experience
- Project management experience
- Team player
