We’re on the hunt for a Creative Marketing Specialist who can bring our brand to life through creative content and impactful marketing strategies. From managing social media accounts to capturing stunning visuals through videography and photography, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Ice's Secret connects with our growing audience. **1. Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow Ice's Secret’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring a steady stream of engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Monitor analytics to optimize content performance and engagement.

**2. Videography & Photography**
- Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography to showcase Ice's Secret’s offerings.
- Create compelling video content, including tutorials, behind-the-scenes clips, and campaign visuals.
- Edit videos and photos to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.

**3. Creative Content Development**
- Conceptualise and produce fresh, innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Collaborate with the team to design visuals and write captions that align with the brand voice.
- Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms and audiences.

**4. Marketing Support**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including promotions, launches, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

- Strong skills in videography, photography, and content editing (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and developing content strategies.
- A creative thinker who’s passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital trends.

**Qualifications**:
