**Digital Marketing Executive**:
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute highly engaging digital campaigns to drive traffic and improve revenue on our website and retail stores
- Drive strategic development of customer journey planning, audience segmentation, marketing technology stack, media planning and buying strategies on Facebook, Google and other online channels
- Familiar with analytics and reporting. Be able to develop marketing success criteria and track goals on a weekly basis. Evaluate funnel conversion, repeat and penetration rates, and engagement metrics

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years’s experience in driving tangible results in digital marketing
- Hands on experience with Facebook and Google marketing
- Familiar with social media content creation
- Highly motivated individual willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed

**Head of Digital Marketing, Singapore**:
**Responsibilities**
- Own the strategy and roadmap, lead and drive high performance of SEO, Social Media, Content and Performance Marketing.
- Strategize and lead the efforts to constantly optimising campaigns to increase the acquisitions and retention of consumers, and to increase lead conversions across different channels (offline and online) and audience segments
- Lead performance marketing from end to end, drive growth through targeting, ad campaign setting, and measurement of key metrics like CPL, CPC, and CAC
- Drive brand content and delivery to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Analyse and track the effectiveness and impact marketing campaigns. Oversee marketing budget to enhance the Return on Advertising Spent (ROAS)
- Work closely with the PR agency for media pitches and news coverage

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in multi-format content creation and management for both digital traditional media channels (3 years of team lead experience is advantageous)
- Strong track record and background in digital, content, marketing technology and performance marketing with focus on inbound programs (full funnel awareness, from traffic to leads to conversion)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of experience in building and managing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience in working with a high-growth company and driving integrated marketing initiatives
- Excellent at collaborating and managing various stakeholders, internal team, and external partners
- Has a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Strong project management skills to keep track of multiple projects
- Experience in a high and fast-growing startup with IPO aspirations is highly advantageous

**Creative Director**:
**Responsibilities**
- Be the best storyteller of the Sunnystep brand by producing the most breathtaking and engaging content experiences
- Be the problem solver and visual communicator who can take ownership of any creative process from conceptualisation to implementation
- Reinforce our brand identity to make sure it best represents the brand essence and clearly differentiate the brand's look and feel in the market
- Art direct and produce the creative assets including photos and videos across branding, digital marketing, social media, and visual merchandising
- Spearhead product design with creative concepts and produce compelling visuals and promotional materials for each collection
- Lead product design collaborations with external designers, celebrities or other brands
- Work closely with the marketing team to direct and craft marketing content for impact and results

**Requirements**:

- Be passionate about Sunnystep
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative role
- Experience in shoe design is preferred
- Strong creative vision with a deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, user research, and graphic design
- A strong portfolio with editorial ideas across digital, social, motion and static

**Videographer**:
**Responsibilities**
- Take charge of producing creative videos for our brand including researching, conceptualising, planning, scripting, shooting and editing videos
- Take charge of video editing and be able to explore various approaches of editing including basic motion graphics, colour grading and sound mixing
- Manage the entire video production process including sourcing for talents, setting up props, directing, camera operation, lighting and sound
- Manage the live-steaming process on e-commerce platforms
- Set our video content strategies and manage customer engagement and analytical insights of video content in various social media platforms
- Work closely with marketing to ensure that our video content aligns with the brand strategy
