**Creative Art Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Visual Identity**:Develop and maintain the visual identity of the Regrow Herbal Hair Treatment brand, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with overall brand objectives.
- **Creative Direction**:Lead and inspire a team of designers and artists in executing high-quality and innovative design concepts.
Develop creative briefs and guides to ensure brand messaging is effectively communicated through visuals.
- **Product Packaging**:Oversee the design and development of product packaging, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and attracts the target demographic. Work closely with packaging suppliers to bring designs to fruition.
- **Advertising and Marketing Collateral**:Create visually compelling materials for advertising campaigns, promotional events, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and design across all channels.
- **Photography and Videography**:Direct and manage photo and video shoots, ensuring the capture of high-quality visuals that align with the brand aesthetic.
Edit and enhance visual content as needed.
- **Trend Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques. Integrate relevant trends into design strategies to keep the brand visually fresh and appealing.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with product development teams to ensure packaging and visuals align with product features and benefits.
Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Creative Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand development and design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design, video, and audio software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of beauty and wellness industry trends is a plus.

**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
