Course Support Executive

Job Description:
1. Prepare and create short course runs in a training management system
2. Book classroom and trainer and update information in the training management system
3. Create classes for Academic Programme in the training system
a. Format timetables from schools and upload to the training system
b. Verify and check the timetable
4. Prepare and create assessment runs in the training management system
a. Book assessment venue and invigilator
5. Publish course runs on the website
6. Prepare logistics for confirmed runs
7. Inform the trainer, school and PA of confirmed runs
8. Confirm trainer appointment
9. Send refreshment order to the vendor
10. Book air-conditioner (if required)
11. Cancel class or assessment and update the status in the training management system
12. Cancel classroom, trainer/invigilator and registered learners of cancellation
13. Prepare and compile monthly reports on course and programme runs
Skills and Knowledge:
1. ITE Certificate holder or higher or with relevant working experience.
2. Have good English proficiency and is a team player
3. Good Communication skills are required to liaise closely with Trainers.
4. Possesses basic information and communication technology skills
