**Roles & Responsibilities**

We are searching for a motivated events & administrative assistant to assist in our events and congresses. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as liaising with vendors, events preparation and behind the scene engagement and administration.

As the event administrative assistant, you should be well-organized, an excellent communicator with attention to detail skills are vital in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and manage expectations for each event.
- Liaise with the events team, vendors and stakeholders during the pre-event process to ensure everything is in order.
- Assist in event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Involve in behind the scene preparations and meetings.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to standards.
- Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print and Internet advertisements for individual events.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in events or sales & marketing.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- A Levels or Polytechnic certificate in hospitality management or public relations or or sales/marketing or business administration is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
