**Position: Event/Marketing Coordinator**:
**Job Summary**:
The Event/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various marketing and event initiatives to promote UGKS Limousine Pte Ltd’s services. This role involves coordinating promotional campaigns, managing social media accounts, organizing events, and supporting overall marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Coordination**:Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional events.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event setup.
Develop event budgets and manage expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Work with the marketing team to create event marketing materials and promotional content.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote UGKS Limousine services.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with designers, printers, and other vendors to produce marketing collateral.
- **Client Relations**:Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and build strong client relationships.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the limousine and event industry.
Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and provide insights to the marketing team.
- **Administrative Support**:Maintain an organized database of marketing materials, event details, and client information.
Assist with the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the luxury transportation or hospitality industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Other**:Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to event locations.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Successful execution of events within budget.
- Increase in social media engagement and followers.
- Growth in client inquiries and bookings resulting from marketing campaigns.
- Positive client feedback and satisfaction ratings.

**Reporting**:
The Event/Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and event execution.
