**Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Director to oversee all the Human Resource functions of the company and partner with department heads to achieve business goals.

Reporting to the COO, the HR Director’s primary goal is to ensure the company’s Human Resource needs are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.

The company has grown exponentially from 4 to 45 within 10 months and we are looking to keep up this momentum while ensuring that robust HR policies are in place to ensure high employee satisfaction and culture.

**What you will do**:

- Overseeing the entire HR function by reviewing, monitoring and taking charge of all policies, processes, systems and initiatives related to HR.
- Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain our talents in a vibrant technology market.
- Taking charge of the entire recruitment function by ensuring all new and existing processes are streamlined.
- In-charge of the HR Operations and HRBP functions
- Developing, advising and overseeing all compensation, rewards, performance management related policies and procedures as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.
- Responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, accountability, communication and vision to employees.
- Serving as the point of contact for employment related matters
- Monitoring adherence to internal policies and Singapore employment legal standards
- Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Anticipating and resolving litigation risks

**We've love for you to have**:

- A degree from a recognised university, preferably in the human resource field.
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in managing HR teams.
- Strong and proven HR leader with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to deal effectively with senior colleagues in all parts of the organisation
- Possesses deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, policy and process setting / re -design
- A crypto/NFT native that has a passion for the space and actively is involved in NFTs
- Self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic scale up environment
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- The capability to handle multiple tasks with critical deadlines
