**The Role**
Group Head of Marketing have full ownership of full sprectrum of branding and marketing strategies across our brands. You’ll also be working across four core offerings in Workspaces, Community, Hospitality, F&B/Retail across the Asia regions. Lead all aspects of the digital performance marketing efforts to support business goals, drive commercial performance as we work towards Direct, and strengthening our brands in the market cities. Ensure performance marketing alignment, strong tactical campaign collaboration and integration across functions including Sales, Revenue Optimization, Communications and Operations.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**_Digital Campaigns _**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including but not limiting to Paid Search, Social and Display performance media
- Identify cross-collaboration opportunities across internal business units
- Ensure City General Manager are kept abreast of all upcoming promotions, tactics and campaigns in their cities
- Manage agency-led SEM campaigns for all market cities on platforms, including Google and Baidu
- Team Salesforce Marketing Cloud champion, providing insight into marketing campaign effectiveness & results
- Track campaign performance and maintain expenditure in line with approved budget
**_Content Creation _**
- Plan, schedule and publish creative and compelling digital marketing campaigns across Arcc’s social media platforms
- Work closely with in-house Designer to develop social media artworks and marketing collaterals
- Provide succinct copywriting for social media content
- Brainstorm and execute the digital social calendar with the Group Head of Marketing
- Update and maintain the website and microsite to ensure SEO optimisation and consistently review SEO capabilities and Implement SEO strategy for all consumer-focused websites
- Supervise website project, improving user experience, design and usability of website
- Managing web content and ensuring information is up-to-date and informative and stays on-brand
- Be the gatekeeper to Arcc’s social media platforms by monitoring, responding, and engaging the users through their comments
**_Project Management _**
- Prepare monthly qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to inform stakeholders of collective performance in all digital marketing efforts
- Maintain strong overview of competitor presence and tactics in digital marketing by conducting research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey
- Drive the digital transformation project which harmonizes the content management and delivery platform across all channels
- Work closely with City General Managers, Brands’ Commercial Team, project team members and vendors on project initiation, implementation, and post-implementation support
- Any other duties assigned
**ARCHETYPES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content creation and social community management
- Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing or related discipline
- Creative, dynamic and adapt fast to the ever-changing digital trends
- Experienced content creator who can conceptualise and execute digital content across different online channels
- Able to work independently under direction and complete within tight deadlines
- A strong team player with great interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships
- Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
