**JOB DESCRIPTION**

A Singapore based company in the hospitality and lifestyle industry with global presence in multiple countries is currently looking for a Marketing Head to join their team.

The incumbent will be responsible in leading a team of 10 to raise the brand reputation and recognition for the company’s Beauty and F&B business units. The incumbent will be responsible in crafting high-performing marketing strategies to improve business performance across online and offline channels and implement it, while ensuring the effectiveness of the engagement.

Responsibilities also involve analysing market trends and campaign outcomes evaluation, communicating marketing objectives to both the team and organisation, and improving/creating best practices to develop marketing plan across the organisation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. Master’s degree in relevant field is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the marketing industry, with 3 - 5 years of experience in Beauty and F&B industry
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Strong knowledge in content creation, SEO/SEM, PPC, CRM, and digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing
- Additional qualifications from Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the Institute of Data and Marketing, or the Digital Marketing Institute is good to have
