**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Homage is looking for a motivated and results-driven Head of Growth Marketing to fast-track our company's growth. As our Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the company's customer acquisition funnel. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.

Working cross-functionally with finance, business, product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven initiatives for holistic growth. You will monitor and manage customer analytics across available software and tools to develop insightful reports for teams. This role reports to the CEO.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop a holistic strategy and unified approach to the company's overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the finance, business, social media, product, and design teams
- Manage and continuously optimise the marketing budget in line with business goals across a diverse portfolio of business segments, demand and supply acquisition and engagement channels in a multi-country environment
- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
- Develop and oversee the planning and execution of growth marketing campaigns across all owned channels with the support of the Business, Marketing and Product teams
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company's marketing efforts
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales leadership role
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
- Expertise with analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Amplitude, Firebase, etc
- Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse semi-remote environment
