We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Wholesale Client and Account Servicing.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Act as a governance lead based in Singapore, managing GSC teams located offshore
- Achieve cost savings for the Bank through elimination of non-value added activities, standardizations and automation. Centralize non-sales work to WCAS
- Manage operations and ensure zero operational losses/ incidents
- Contribute ideas on new products and system interface requirements and ensure these are developed in parallel with maximum operational efficiency
- Ensures that Service Level Agreements agreed with the businesses are met consistently by the teams onshore and offshore
- Act as Process Manager to business counterparts to cater for their requirements
- Maintaining internal control standards of the bank, including the timely implementation of internal and external audits points together with any issues raised by external regulators
Requirements
- Experience in managing a team, good interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of operational processes, a strong analytical mind and related regulations is required
- Leadership skills, with ability to build rapport and effectively develop a wide range of people in our GSC teams
- Production management skills and initiate process improvements
- Evidence of good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, and the ability to make projections and to interpret numeric information
- Experience in Wholesale (Global Banking and Commercial Banking) account servicing requests such as processing time deposit requests, audit confirmation, changes in authorized signatories, incident management (fraud, system failures, etc), monitoring of outstanding items in suspense accounts
